Argus Immobiliare was founded in 2003 and immediately specialized in the market for the sale of second homes mainly on Lake Maggiore. Most of the clients are foreigners coming mainly from Germany, Switzerland and Holland. In 2008 together with Argus Immobiliare was also combined with 360 degree property management activities. Services are expanded from the pure and simple administration of properties to the management of renovations and new buildings. Finally, from 2017 to today, the office transforms into Argus Gestione Immobiliare and moves to the Swiss part of Lake Maggiore.

We have worked on the Piedmont side of Lake Maggiore since the beginning, while in recent years our range of action has expanded to the entire lake including the Swiss side, where the agency has currently moved.
After approximately 15 years as a real estate agency, Argus with the experience acquired specializes in the management of properties and especially in the real estate world of second homes. Our ability to understand your needs allows us to offer you a complete service that goes from the management of small daily things to the total renovation of your property.
